Access supports and services during the holidays

Seneca is closed for winter break from Saturday, December 20 to Sunday, January 4 and will reopen on Monday, January 5.
Grades will be released on Thursday, December 18 at approximately 9 a.m. If you need to resolve academic issues, December 18 and 19 are important days to get started. The Service Hub and academic areas are available until Friday, December 19 at 5 p.m.
You can connect with The Service Hub portal by live chatWhatsApp ,  SMS or visit us on campus before the break.
If you already have an open ticket, you can check the status any time by logging into The Service Hub portal and selecting My Services > My Cases.
During the holiday closure, you can still access the online portal and chatbot 24/7. Our Resources and support  are also available if you are in crisis, have travel issues, or need immediate help during Seneca’s closure. Security Services are also available for urgent support at 416.764.0911
