Ask Us Webinars on IRCC Updates
On January 22, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) provided an update on study permits (or student visas) and Post-Graduate Work Permits (PGWPs) for international students. The update included announcements of a temporary cap on international student permits issued by the Government of Canada for a period of two years, changes to the Post-Graduate Work Permit program, as well as a new attestation letter requirement for all incoming study permit applications.
Seneca Polytechnic is working with the federal and provincial governments to understand how these changes will affect our students. Join the weekly Ask Us Webinars throughout April to better understand the recent updates.
