Peer Supports at Seneca. 

Counselling Services is proud to highlight a variety of peer-led opportunities through Seneca Student Services. These supports are here to help you feel connected, understood, and empowered during your time at Seneca. Whether you’re hoping to build community, learn from fellow students, or share your own journey to support others, there’s a space for you.

  • Peer Mentors: Connect with a Peer Mentor for guidance, encouragement, and practical advice on navigating college life, or apply to become one and help other students feel welcome and supported.

  • Peer Support Groups: Join a Peer Support Group to meet students with similar experiences or interests. These groups provide a safe, welcoming environment to share, learn, and grow together.

  • Peer Wellness: Engage with Peer Wellness Ambassadors, where students support one another in the benefits of self-care and wellness. This program offers drop-in lounges, peer-led discussions, and a supportive community focused on mental health and well-being.

  • Recreation & Wellness: Wrap in physical wellness into your wellness journey. Events, workshops and Peer supports in a non-judgmental, space with peer support and useful resource connections.
