Leadership in Focus: Industry Essentials

The Winter 2025 conference focuses on career readiness and leadership development through interactive experiences and sessions from various experts. Students will engage in experiential learning to build essential human skills and gain industry-relevant knowledge, preparing them to excel in today’s workforce. Students will explore leadership, networking, teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication. In collaboration with Seneca Works, participants will build connections, learn practical tools, and explore AI to enhance their leadership capabilities and career readiness.

Leadership in Action - InStage Live

InStage Live is an opportunity to use AI virtual reality to practice leadership scenarios such as difficult conversations, conflict resolution and problem solving.

The Art of Networking

An interactive session on the art of networking, equipping participants with the tools and confidence needed to enhance their leadership abilities and broaden their professional network.

3:15 p.m.

Students who register for the Leadership Conference by the deadline, will be sent an email to confirm their attendance and their workshop selections. 

Please review the workshop description to make your decision.

Please note, every effort will be made to accommodate the workshop you choose however workshops will be first-come, first-serve basis due to room capacity.

Travel and Commuting Updates

If you are planning to attend, please give yourself extra time to get to campus.  The Shuttle Bus is not running during Study Week.  Please visit TTC.cato help plan your commute accordingly.
