The Winter 2025 conference focuses on career readiness and leadership development through interactive experiences and sessions from various experts. Students will engage in experiential learning to build essential human skills and gain industry-relevant knowledge, preparing them to excel in today’s workforce. Students will explore leadership, networking, teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication. In collaboration with Seneca Works, participants will build connections, learn practical tools, and explore AI to enhance their leadership capabilities and career readiness.
