Through Counselling Services, you can access a range of free, self-directed wellbeing and mental health resources, including videos, toolkits, interactive activities, and more. These materials are flexible, student-friendly, and available 24/7, so you can work on your wellness when it works for you.
Because support doesn’t have to be scheduled. It just has to be there when you need it.
